I am responsible for the quality and management of the UK Open Enrolment programmes and have been a Certifying Trainer since 2004.

My strengths are in really getting to know my clients, to understand what drives them and to work in a challenging yet supportive way to bring out the best in them.

I have run well over 200 programmes and worked with every level of management, function and industry sector. I love running the programme in Europe and have worked in cities such as Copenhagen, Geneva, Stuttgart and Paris but I have also run several events in the US, Asia, Africa and South America.

Some of my main clients are in the financial sector: Nationwide Building Society, Aldermore Bank, BNY Mellon and many others. However over the years I have worked across almost every sector including Retail (The Co-Operative Group), Oil and Gas (BG Group), International Organisations (World Economic Forum), Education (University of Geneva) and FMCG (Mondelez).

I really enjoy working with people to find simple ways to maximise their impact and be their best possible self at work. Just seeing people become more confident and develop more of that elusive term “gravitas” makes my job worthwhile.

I am particularly interested in how people break out of their silos and work across boundaries whether those are departmental, organisational or cultural. Helping people, and therefore organisations, move away from relying on what they know, to help them influence on a broader basis and ultimately be much more successful.
