Before joining Chartwell I was an Associate at Farrells Architect Planners. My six years there began with managing the fit-out of the offices and studio. From that point I oversaw projects ranging from property renovation to book publishing, art exhibitions to urban planning.

As a project manager I was never in a predefined role and was constantly tested with new projects and goals. It was during this time that I developed a taste for change, for new challenges.

I always like a goal, but I also want a lively and enjoyable journey along the way.

That’s exactly what Chartwell has given me. Since joining at the beginning of 2014 I have overseen and managed the redesign and launch of new digital materials. I have overhauled all our printed manuals, I have worked on streamlining our systems and processes, and I have also had the opportunity to meet and work with our global Positive Power and Influence community.

I grew up in Brighton and I love the atmosphere of this city, and our small, friendly office.
