I’ve been working with Positive Power and Influence for many years; since as a participant when I was managing a large team for a UK bank. A shift to learning and development work has led to 20 years as a facilitator and learning and development consultant.

My clients continued in the financial services sector (Lloyds, Zurich), and expanded into professional services (PwC, CIMA), Oil and Gas (BG Group), and a breadth of other clients across many sectors – Construction (Laing O’Rourke), Manufacturing (Stannah), IT (ApplianSys), Property (Grosvenor Estates). The diversity and similarities across sectors are interesting, and I am particularly adept at working at all levels within organisations.

What I love about Positive Power and Influence is that it is a set of developable skills that allow people to make changes they didn’t necessarily know were possible; “for the first time in my life I feel in control” as one participant put it.

I know first-hand how transformational this programme can be and I have a passion for helping others understand how they can enhance their impact and their influence; even more so when an organisation develops these skills across the organisation as a strategic implementation.
