I enjoy juggling multiple roles at Chartwell.

As Head of Community I’m responsible for the recruitment, accreditation, support, and development of our community of consultants and facilitators.

As part of the Chartwell project team I love working to design and develop our programme resources and processes, so that our learners have an accessible, engaging, and stimulating experience.

I am fascinated by the complex environments that our clients navigate, and I aim to distil a deep understanding of their unique challenges into simple, effective, learning that delivers tangible results. Some of my recent clients include GSK, EY, The World Economic Forum, Duracell, and Nationwide Building Society.

As a programme facilitator I bring directness, warmth, and humility to the groups I work with. I always feel privileged to witness people’s expanding self-awareness, skillset, and confidence.

I am particularly interested in finding ways to make our programmes more democratic and accessible, within the corporate environment and beyond.
